2011 Flag Day at Whispering Knoll Assisted Living

As a part of National Assisted Living Week and in recognition of the 10th anniversary of the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Center, Whispering Knoll Assisted Living conducted Flag Day, September 12, 2011.

Reverend Josh Edwards, youth pastor of Olive Branch MIssionary Baptist Church sang the national anthem and other patriotic songs. Cadets from the Pine Bluff High School Air Force ROTC conducted a flag ceremony and presented the flag from that ceremony to a veteran Whispering Knoll resident. We are grateful to these volunteers who give of their time and talents.

Attendees were residents of Whispering Knoll Assisted Living and The Gardens at Whispering Knoll Assisted living plus invited guests from other Davis Life Care Center venues.
