Davis West Skilled Nursing and rehabilitation

Davis West is a fully certified Medicare and Medicaid provider offering skilled nursing and physical therapy. Residents live in comfortable private or semi-private rooms with individual bath rooms. Outdoor patios are fenced. Each resident room has an emergency call switch and/or intercom hard-wired into patient care staff locations. Buildings have fire alarms and sprinkler systems.
