Davis Life Care center will conduct its annual Fall Crafts Bazaar and Bake Sale Saturday, November 13 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Davis West building on the Davis Life Care Center Campus at 6810 South Hazel Street in Pine Bluff.

"This is a very popular event for our residents," says Joe D. Ratliff, executive director of Davis Life Care Center. "The bazaar brings in exhibitors offering unique hand-crafted items plus home-made baked items in a friendly street bazaar environment."

Items for the bake sale are provided by members the Davis Life Care Center Family Council according to Joann Kongenske, a member of the Davis Life Care Center board of directors. "Members of the council are all relatives of residents, so their participation in the bake sale is a real labor of love," Kongenske said.

There is room in the bazaar for 20 exhibitors according to Morris Caldwell, marketing director for Davis Life Care Center. "We require that exhibitors bring only hand-crafted items and home-baked items," Caldwell said. "We furnish a six-foot table and a chair and there is no charge to exhibitors for their space, but we do ask that exhibitors make a donation to our resident activity fund."
